What makes Voluspa candles unique compared to other brands?
Voluspa products are handcrafted in California using our proprietary coconut wax blend and 100% natural wicks. Our wax formulation burns up to 90% cleaner than a soy wax candle and allows our fragrance notes to remain true and intense throughout the entire burn.
How can I ensure my candle burns evenly and lasts longer?
To prevent tunneling, always allow the wax pool to reach the edge of the glass during the first burn. We recommend trimming the wick to 1/4 inch before every lighting and limiting burn time to no more than 4 hours at a time.
What is your shipping policy for fragile items?
We take extreme care in packaging our glassware. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. We offer standard and expedited shipping options, and all orders over $50 qualify for free ground shipping within the contiguous United States.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied with a scent?
We want you to love your home fragrance. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unused and unlit products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our concierge team to initiate a return label.
Are Voluspa products sustainable and eco-friendly?
Yes, our coconut wax is sustainably sourced and we are proud to be phthalate-free, paraben-free, and sulfate-free. Our vessels are designed to be upcycled; once the wax is gone, they make beautiful containers for jewelry, flowers, or office supplies.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship directly to customers within the United States and Canada. For other international inquiries, please use our store locator to find an authorized luxury retailer in your region.
